Keiffer J. Mitchell, Jr. Joins Signal 13 Board

The Signal 13 Foundation is pleased to announce that Keiffer J. Mitchell, Jr., vice president of state and local advocacy at the BGR Group, has joined its Board of Directors. Signal 13 is a local nonprofit that supports Baltimore City Police and their families with financial hardship grants and college scholarships for their children.

Mitchell helps clients around the country navigate state and local government issues. He is a former aide to Republican Governor Larry Hogan, an elected Democratic State Delegate from 2011-2015, and a Baltimore City Councilman from 1995-2007. Mitchell also serves on the Board at the Maryland Center for History & Culture, and the Maryland Government Relations Association. Mitchell earned his J.D. from the District of Columbia School of Law, and lives in Baltimore City with his wife. They have two children.
