Teri Labbe is a key member of the Baltimore Police forensics team. Her husband is a teacher. Together, they make a nice living but definitely aren’t rich. That’s why Teri turned to Signal 13 for help when her boys went off to college. Grayson to the Univesity of South Carolina and Luke at Coastal Carolina University. The Labbes are one of many BPD families receiving Signal 13 scholarships. Teri and her two boys talked to CEO Nancy Hinds about the importance of those scholarships to their family’s bottom line.
