Angel Connolly Joins Signal 13 Board

The Signal 13 Foundation is pleased to announce that Angel Connolly, a senior vice president with Fulton Bank, has joined its Board of Directors. Signal 13 is a local nonprofit that supports Baltimore Police families with financial hardship grants and college scholarships for their children. Connolly is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Maryland, D.C., and Northern Virginia commercial business banking team. She has 16 years of financial services experience and has worked at Fulton Bank for the last 8 years. Angel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics with a minor in Business Management from  Bloomsburg University. Further education includes Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business and Leadership Baltimore County. She is active in the community, currently serving as the Treasurer of the Board for St. Francis Neighborhood Center.
