Jennifer Gilbert St. John Joins the Signal 13 Foundation Board
The Signal 13 Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Gilbert St. John to its Board of Directors. Signal 13 is a local independent nonprofit that supports Baltimore City Police with financial hardship grants and college scholarships for their children. Jennifer St. John is a former television news journalist, whose career spanned three decades and earned her multiple awards. She is a member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Silver Circle, which honors individuals who have made significant contributions to the broadcast industry for 25 years or more. Jennifer spent most of her career as a news anchor at WBFF-TV, the Fox affiliate in Baltimore, Maryland, until her retirement in 2019. Jennifer is a member of the Board of Visitors of the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland, and the Board of Trustees of the Boys’ Latin School of Maryland. She is privileged to partner with her husband, Edward St. John, in his philanthropic giving, and to support outreach efforts of the Edward St. John Foundation.
