Signal 13 Foundation’s Award for Academic Excellence
It is always an honor to present the Signal 13 Foundation’s Award for Academic Excellence to a deserving graduate of the Baltimore Police Academy. The Class of 22-04 winner was a cop in NYC, switched careers to teach in Brooklyn, and is now a sworn Baltimore City Police Officer who says, “cops work harder in Baltimore…but the BPD is a place with unlimited potential.” Well said Officer Claude Policart, who is also getting his Masters at Hopkins and carries a 4.0 GPA. CEO Nancy Hinds and Board Director Frank Boston are pictured with the award winner.
Thank you for your support of Signal 13. We look forward to making an even bigger impact in the lives of Baltimore City Police in 2023, our 40th year! To support Baltimore City Police and their families, please click on the donate button below.
