Signal 13 Interview Series – Keri and Detective Mark Williams

 Signal 13 recently expanded its scholarship program to help more police families pay for college. Tuitions are expensive no matter where you go, and Detective Mark Williams and his wife Keri are paying for two daughters at the same time.  Watch this video interview with CEO of Signal 13 Nancy Hinds discussing how the Signal 13 Scholarship program has helped the Williams family meet the challenges of putting their girls through college.
