Signal 13 Video Interview Series – The Lynch Twins, Scholarship Recipients

Signal 13 recently expanded its scholarship program to help more police families pay for college. Tuitions are expensive no matter where you go, especially for twins at different colleges like Julius (UMD Eastern Shore) and Jeremiah (Bowie) Lynch.

Watch this video interview with Nancy Hinds the CEO of Signal 13, as the twins describe their lives growing up in Baltimore with dreams of being student athletes and how the Signal 13 scholarship program has helped them with expenses and support.
