Raising kids and saving for college is hard for any parent, but imagine sending two kids to college at the same time? Baltimore Police Sergeant Robert Scarborough is all too familiar with that challenge which is why he turned to Signal 13 for help with his twins, Maggie and Caleb. They are Signal 13 scholarship recipients who recently talked to CEO Nancy Hinds about their scholarships and how much the support is helping them.
