Signal 13 Video Interview Series with Sergeant Isaac Carrington 3 Years Later

Sergeant Isaac Carrington’s life was changed forever in 2019. He was shot outside of his home and is now in a wheelchair. Signal 13 provided support to Sergeant Carrington and his family over the years and now he wants to give back. Sergeant Carrington wants people to know how important Signal 13 is to his family and colleagues in the BPD. Sergeant Carrington spoke to CEO Nancy Hinds about his long journey in this three part video interview series.
