Today, we’re sharing the story of Sergeants Bill Shiflett and Isaac “Ike” Carrington. The Signal 13 Foundation is proud to know these brave men who were shot in the summer of 2019.  Their lives are forever changed but Signal 13 was able to help with their recoveries because of your generous donation.
